10-Day Immersion + Weekend Intensive | Trainers: Kate Ainsworth, Izzy Shurte, & Nadine Dorrington
Shockoe Slip Yoga’s teacher training program provides it’s trainees with the environment and the tools they need to cultivate a wholesome yoga practice. We understand that authentic teaching is cultivated through a deep personal practice; as such our training emphasis self-empowerment and personal growth as the transformational foundation for teaching. The training is led by Kate Ainsworth, E-RYT 500, SPT, Izzy Shurte, E-RYT 500, MA, and Nadine Dorrington, E-RYT 200 who bring both traditional yoga training and modern techniques into their instruction. Through the study of 25 foundational asana (poses), pranayama (yogic-breathing), meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and practice teaching, students will leave the training with an in-depth practice and so much more.
