Vinyasa Fly

Vinyasa Fly is a vinyasa class that incorporates a dynamic flow of postures that blends continuous movement and longer holds. This style can include twists, back bends, hip openers, shoulder openers, and/or inversions and arm balances.

Class Level:
Level 2-3 classes are designed for intermediate and advanced students who are ready to fine tune their practice. There’s no competition here, just playful exploration of advanced asana, pranayama, and meditation.
Yoga Yum

Nourish your mind, body, and spirit in this 60 minute Vinyasa class. An invigorating and accessible practice designed to emphasize deep breathing, meditative awareness in sustained poses with attention to basic alignment principles. Perfect opportunity for the beginner to experience the power of the asana or for the more experienced student to refine their practice. Empower your afternoon by releasing tension on the mat and leave with a strong body and a clear, calm mind to rock your day.

This class welcomes all levels. Options will be provided for students who are building their foundation as well as for those who are ready to challenge their practice.
Reboot+Recharge

This class begins with a restorative pose, moves into a slow and nourishing flow, and ends with deep relaxation to help ground the body and the mind. Designed to help you wind down and recharge at the end of the week, Reboot+Recharge enables you to enter the weekend feeling refreshed and renewed. The sequence incorporates poses that open the parts of the body that hold tension after a long work week.

Class Level:
This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications and props are encouraged!
Wake Up Call

Vinyasa essentially means breath with movement. This class delivers fundamental poses that build strength, balance, flexibility and focus, dynamically moving from pose to pose using your breath as the guide. You’ll leave refreshed, renewed and relaxed. Each class is custom designed and catered to all-levels of yogis and yoginis.

Mindful Meditation

Powerful Flow (all levels)

Faster paced than most of our classes, Fluid Power is a vinyasa class designed to build strength and make you sweat. This all levels class incorporates advanced asana playtime into foundational sequences created to develop stamina and energy.

This class welcomes all levels. Options will be provided for students who are building their foundation as well as for those who are ready to challenge their practice.
Powerful Flow INTENSITY

Powerful FlowIntensity: VigorousLevels: Intermediate to advanced. This a great class for those who are looking to move and flow. Expect a faster paced practice that will energize your body and mind, as you move with each breath to prepare you for challenging postures, followed by landing poses and final relaxation. This class is good for those will some knowledge of the poses and is a good compliment to a slower practice.

Vinyasa flow (1-2)

Vinyasa Flow is a vinyasa class that incorporates a dynamic flow of postures that blends continuous movement and longer holds. This style can include twists, back bends, hip openers, shoulder openers, and/or inversions and arm balances.

Class Level:
As a level 1-2 class, this class is appropriate for beginner and intermediate students. Options will be provided for students who are building their foundation as well as for those who are ready to take their practice to the next level.

Heated Powerful Flow

Faster paced than most of our classes, Powerful Flow is a vinyasa class designed to build strength and make you sweat. This all levels class incorporates advanced asana playtime into foundational sequences created to develop stamina and energy. Room will be heated to 90 degree.

Vinyasa Flow + Yoga Nidra

Gentle Yoga is a non-strenuous yoga class designed to revitalize and restore the body, calm the mind, increase energy, and reduce stress. A slower paced class with focus on long, slow poses, breathing and soothing stretches.
Great for anyone with injuries, movement limitations, or chronic conditions (such as chronic fatigue, mood disorders, arthritis, back pain, fibromyalgia…).

An excellent class for Beginners, Seniors, women who are pregnant, and anyone looking to gently unwind.

Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness (yoga nidra) is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. In yoga nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal of the 5 senses with four of his or her senses internalised, that is, withdrawn, and only the hearing still connects to the instructions.
