Wake up and cultivate your inner light in this invigorating all levels vinyasa flow.

Slow & Steady Flow

Set the pace for your week with this introspective and steady approach to Vinyasa Flow practice. Guided by breath and intelligent alignment, each practitioner will be encouraged to take the time to intuitively explore the postures and transitions by trusting their inner guidance and experience. Nadine will offer variations of advanced asanas and modifications making this class challenging yet accessible for all levels of practitioners.

Class level:
This class welcomes all levels. Options will be provided for students who are building their foundation as well as for those who are ready to challenge their practice.
Shockoe Flow

Shockoe Flow is a vinyasa class that incorporates a dynamic flow of postures that blends continuous movement and longer holds. This style can include twists, back bends, hip openers, shoulder openers, and/or inversions and arm balances.

Class Level:
This class welcomes all levels. Options will be provided for students who are building their foundation as well as for those who are ready to challenge their practice.
Yoga Bliss

Yoga Bliss is a slower approach to a more traditional paced Vinyasa Flow. This class will allow for longer holds and gentle transitions through out the asana practice. This hour will allow for the body, mind, and breath to reconnect, providing deeper opening and strengthening in each pose.

Class Level:
This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications and props are encouraged!
Shockoe Fly

Shockoe Fly is a vinyasa class that incorporates a dynamic flow of postures that blends continuous movement and longer holds. This style can include twists, back bends, hip openers, shoulder openers, and/or inversions and arm balances.

Class Level:
Level 2-3 classes are designed for intermediate and advanced students who are ready to fine tune their practice. There’s no competition here, just playful exploration of advanced asana, pranayama, and meditation.
Shockoe Foundations

Shockoe Foundations is designed for beginners and for those who are looking to build the fundamentals of a yoga asana practice. Emphasis is drawn to alignment, technique, safety, and playful exploration of postures.

Each week of every month emphasizes a different element in the beginner’s curriculum (e.g. the first week of the month will focus on sun salutations). The classes can be taken in any order.

Fluid Power

Faster paced than most of our classes, Fluid Power is a vinyasa class designed to build strength and make you sweat. This all levels class incorporates advanced asana playtime into foundational sequences created to develop stamina and energy.

Yoga Yum

Nourish your mind, body, and spirit in this 60 minute Vinyasa class. An invigorating and accessible practice designed to emphasize deep breathing, meditative awareness in sustained poses with attention to basic alignment principles. Perfect opportunity for the beginner to experience the power of the asana or for the more experienced student to refine their practice. Empower your afternoon by releasing tension on the mat and leave with a strong body and a clear, calm mind to rock your day.

Align & Refine Flow

Align & Refine Flow combines the dynamic energy of vinyasa yoga with the grace of Bhakti Yoga, or chanting. Class begins with centering and space to cultivate a personal intention. It then moves onto a strong vinyasa style practice with sun salutations to build heat synching breath with movement, creative sequencing that emphasizes postural alignment, freedom to discover your own flow and finally release into sweet sivasana. Class concludes each week with Izzy serenading students with Sanskrit chants accompanied by her harmonium, (portable Indian Pump Organ), or the invitation to join in call and response chanting. Expect to work hard in Bhakti Flow with fun inspiring music, multiple ways to press against your edges, ample humor and thought provoking ideas.

Reboot+Recharge

This class begins with a restorative pose, moves into a slow and nourishing flow, and ends with deep relaxation to help ground the body and the mind. Designed to help you wind down and recharge at the end of the week, Reboot+Recharge enables you to enter the weekend feeling refreshed and renewed. The sequence incorporates poses that open the parts of the body that hold tension after a long work week.

Heated Shockoe Flow

The temperature for this gently heated class is set at 85 degrees. Linking body movement with breath, we will move through a series of postures, ranging from simple to complex. This class includes ujiayi breath work, energetic sun salutations, balancing, and standing poses, as well as, inversions and floor work. We will end with a guided deep relaxation of the mind and body in a sweet savasana.

Yin

Yin Yoga is a practice that centers on long, deep holds for improved elasticity and healing. Poses are typically held for 3-10 minutes, allowing the stretch to get deep into the connective tissues of our bodies. Unlike a typical Vinyasa practice, Yin is a slow, meditative style. Class is held in a dimly lit room with soft, relaxing music, and a variety of essential oils to accentuate the experience. Yin provides softness and ease for those with an active lifestyle.
